If you’re new to the stairmaster/stair climber then this interval should provide a solid challenge for you. Stretching prior to jumping onto the stairmaster will be a huge help. Focus on your quads and calf’s with your stretching. The stairmaster can also be a little disorienting to newcomers, so don’t get discouraged.

Stairmaster interval routines like the one below are great for toning the booty and thighs as well as your calf’s. They are also proven to target belly fat! We have seen great results with it and wanted to make sure everyone else got the chance to do it too!
