Do Each Cycle Twice for 7 minutes a piece with a 30-second break. This workout will be the perfect finish to your day and set you up for the days to come!

KAYLA STYLE WORKOUT Cycle 1 -  2 times | 7 minutes with a 30-second break between cycles

  1. Bent Leg Jackknife | 15 Reps
  2. Tricep Dips | 15 Reps 
  3. Straight Leg Sit With a Twist | 20 Reps
  4. Push Ups | 15 Reps

KAYLA STYLE WORKOUT Cycle 2 -  2 times | 7 minutes with a 30-second break between cycles

  1. Toe Taps | 15 Reps
  2. Lying Down Push Up | 15 Reps
  3. Curl and Press | 15 Reps
  4. Plank | 30 seconds
